inexplicable
there's this movie i watched recently. was highly recommending it to grace because of the literary devices and style of the show. the movie has this recurring theme of lost vs. found. beautiful use of weather; winter seemed to denote and emphasize loss, and the onset of spring brought forth new findings.

the central message of the memories that you had may not be what it seems, and when you revisit them years later, you may discover new meanings to them. (i was even more drawn to the film because of the fact that the same actress played dual roles convincingly - and no, the actress wasn't playing twins. some time machine? no. ah-ha, got you. it's got something to do with the plot)

inexplicably, there was this urge to dig out my diary and found out how different my thoughts were. it was so amusing to find old stories that i've clean forgotten about, like the point where i had my social science camp and the funny games we played, the time i was assisting doctors in the eye clinic at the hospital - those were good times. back then i also had so much time to scribble and pen down my thoughts! i don't think i have the patience to write as much any more. yet the same person who wrote those entries has grown in the passage of time, i would suppose the way i approach situations and all back then and now would have vastly changed.

indeed, i admit i'm very much a thinker; occasionally i value sentimentality, but overall my head rules my heart more. :)

how we all move on once time passes. :) time brings more clarity to perceptions.
