how to untangle myself out of this knotty mess that i've unwittingly found myself entwined into for no rhyme or reason?

how to explain without causing greater misunderstanding for myself and others? how do i sort things out? where do i even begin this, when the mess is ever growing complicated by the day. how now brown cow; it's even spilled over into the 1%.

it's knotty on the left, and even on the right. any move creates more knots and gosh- where do i move?
