somehow, this question surfaced when i corresponded with someone last night.

and i questioned myself over it.

i dislike the distinction between classes and ranks; everyone is equal in my eyes. the only inequality that i see is the behaviour and personality of the person.

perhaps i appear like i'm all about work. clear about ranks and positions; disinterested in friendship, or maybe it's the image our school has been projecting- fast, efficient and we don't meet up beyond work. so a bunch of us come across as being focused on workworkworkandwork and not the slightest bit keen in establishing and forging friendships.

maybe.

at least i know for myself, trust is of utmost importance and firstly, you need to earn/prove it.

friendship is something i cherish and those who know me well, you know what i mean. :)
