this week is much better than last week's.

for starters, i had a free lunch at chijmes. courtesy of school. cos we had a guest speaker and we were supposed to chat over lunch, to ask questions about his career etc. initially the guest speaker picked all guys except one through the balloting system.. the system was rigged to replace 4 guys with girls. haha.

next, for ct, we were given the task of creating a vignette and a slogan for an imaginary company that specializes in outdoor adventures. my group has about 7 members, compared to the other groups which has 10 people. and yesterday, 2 of them had work commitments and so we were left with 5 people. nevertheless it was really fun. we made use of chairs and whiteboards to give the impression of rock climbing and rafting and wakeboarding. next week we're to stage a musical.

and last night i went to watch the prestige with ann. the storyline's interesting except for one thing. i felt as though the ending was not weaved into the entire story seamlessly. there are some questionable points about the story. nonetheless, i was impressed with christian bale's stellar performance in the movie!
