yesterday, evelyn came over to visit. she gave me a bedtime bear (the sleepy bear from the carebears.. those plushies are extremely adorable!) which she bought from a flea market while on holiday in australia.

speaking of australia, one of my aunts recently flew to perth to visit my uncle and his family.

heard she rented a cabin house by the sea (how i wish i was there!) and brought my uncle's family to stay with her for the period she visited australia. my cousins are apparently much older than i last saw them (i think it was 6 years ago). the oldest, approximately 11 now, whips up a mean omelette for his younger siblings, isn't that sweet? :)

my aunt and her husband often played with the 3 kids and the little ones would knock on their bedroom door in the morning, signalling that it was time to play!

gosh. when this was narrated to me, i had this overwhelming sense of wanting to fly there immediately, and take time to get to know these cousins of mine better. it's been such a long time!

it's only wishful thinking for now. i'm stuck in here in singapore. my term's started; work's piling up, readings are weighing a ton, and boy, this is only the beginning! yes, i've begun working on projects.

please don't inform me of what's to come.
