was assigned to a buddy today. sounds like a lot of work to me. except that it's probably interesting. shall elaborate more in the future when i get to that stage.

after the briefing, i went to meet xiu xia, wenyi and mui hian for dinner. after eating, we were rushing around the shopping mall, searching for gifts that we could purchase for the staff at the eye clinic. eventually we settled for mugs. we managed to find this fluffy pink heart-shaped pillow that read 'i love u' for mag. unfortunately, once we flipped the pillow over, we found it to have a huge flaw.. thank goodness we found an identical pillow in another store and at a cheaper price! the other plus point: it was already packed in a plastic sheet.

guess the girls are gonna stay up late to prepare the presents. especially xiu xia, since she's writing notes for them. =)
