ok a lot of things happened yesterday. well, was kinda bored at work yesterday, so i went to moe website and saw that the A level results are going to be released on this coming wed.

hmm, then the other news is, the company is going to have to let some of the temp staff leave, due to unforeseen and foreseen circumstances. (mind you, it seems like we temp staff are running the company). the funniest thing is, all of us are competing for the spot to leave. i don't think i could hang in there till my contract ends. the more people leave, the more i feel lost.

anyway, yesterday was michele's birthday. we assigned qing you to buy the choc birthday cake for her since he lives quite near the office. haa, and he managed to get candles... but forget the lighter. so i immediately thought of the people at the warehouse. i'm confident they smoke, they'd possess a lighter. and everyone assumed i'm 'closer' (i'd say geographically, in that sense) to them and it'd be easier for me to borrow a lighter. thank goodness for the lighter, we could proceed with the celebration. it was a rather short and sweet affair, cos we all had to go back to work. the phones just never stop ringing. although it was 50% much worse in jan. cyn knows. ;)
