if i could turn back time, would things have turned out differently?

my answer would be no. even if i had the chance to change things, i wouldn't do it. i would still have left things or reacted the same way i did, because i believe that is the what i believe was correct and i continue to trust in my decision. but still, the thought still hits me sometimes when i think about my life.. like when i chose my mum over my dad.. i wonder.. if i chose dad, would we have been reunited, or would life have changed for the worse?

after reflecting, i think it's best not to dwell to much on what one could have done in the past, since the matter's over and there's no benefit from considering what you would have changed. there's no way we can change history. so why don't we create a wonderful present and future by focusing on the present?

life is fair, although when we're down, we think otherwise. time and again, we need to remind ourselves, in the process of gaining something, we need to lose something.
